Aether provides autonomous agent team management services via API access. Services include:
Aether Pro Access is priced at $49/month. Payments are processed via XPTP crypto payments with the following terms:
Due to the nature of crypto payments and API access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. However, if you experience technical issues preventing API access, contact support for assistance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. API access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
You agree not to use Aether services for:
API access is subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
Aether collects minimal data necessary for service delivery. Email addresses are used for API key delivery and support communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Aether strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Aether is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
